Aloo Channa Chaat

- 1 cup boiled chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 1 medium sized potato, boiled and cubed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Chaat masala powder, ¾ teaspoon
- Amchur powder, ¼ teaspoon
- Tamarind chutney, 2-3 tablespoons
- Pudina chutney, 2-3 tablespoons
- 1 medium sized Green chilli,finely chopped
- Sev, 3 tablespoons
- A small bunch of Coriander, finely chopped
- Pomegranate, 2 tablespoons (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Mix together the chickpeas and potatoes in a bowl.
- Add the onions, green chillies and coriander leaves to the bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Taste the chaat and adjust the tamarind chutney and pudina chutney per requirement
- Refrigerate the chaat for a couple of hours.
- Serve cold!
