Ingredients
  • Coriander seeds, 3 tbspns
  • Fennel seeds, 1 tbspn
  • Cumin seeds, 1 tbspn
  • Cloves, 5
  • Cinnamon, 1 inch
  • Bay Leaves, 3
  • Cardamom pods, 4
  • Black peppercorn, 1 tsp
  • Star anise, 2 small
  • Nutmeg, 1 small
Instructions
  1. Dry roast all the ingredients separately till you get a mild aroma.
  2. Once it is cool, grind it finely using a spice grinder.
  3. Store in an air tight container.
