- Coriander seeds, 3 tbspns
- Fennel seeds, 1 tbspn
- Cumin seeds, 1 tbspn
- Cloves, 5
- Cinnamon, 1 inch
- Bay Leaves, 3
- Cardamom pods, 4
- Black peppercorn, 1 tsp
- Star anise, 2 small
- Nutmeg, 1 small
- Dry roast all the ingredients separately till you get a mild aroma.
- Once it is cool, grind it finely using a spice grinder.
- Store in an air tight container.
