  • 1 cup full fat milk
  • 5-6 dates, deseeded
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tablespoon malted horlicks
  • 5-6 almonds, blanched and chopped
  • 3-4 cashews, chopped
  1. Place half a cup of milk & the dates in a pan and heat it.
  2. Boil the milk till the dates are soft.
  3. Once the date mixture has cooled down blend it very well.
  4. Now add the remaining milk, banana and horlicks to the blender and blend it again.
  5. Once it is well combined transfer to a tall glass.
  6. Top it with cashews and almonds.
  7. Refrigerate and serve cold!
Full fat milk can be replaced with low fat milk
Frozen bananas can be used to replace the ones at room temperature
