Never Fail Cake

- Eggs, 2
- Cocoa, ½ cup
- Butter, ½ cup
- Flour, 2 cups
- Curds, ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence, 1 tsp
- Baking Soda, ¾ tsp
- Sugar, 2 cups
- Hot water (to give the batter a dropping consistency. I used ½ cup)
- Preheat the oven at 180C.
- Grease an 8" pan and keep aside.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl in the same order as mentioned above.
- Beat it on low speed with an electric mixer or by hand until combined.
- Do not overbeat it.
- Transfer the batter onto the pan and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
- Cool on a wire rack
- Serve!
