Ingredients
  • Dried Red chillies, 10
  • Garlic, 3 large cloves
  • Lime juice, 2 tsps
  • Oil, 2 tsps
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Soak the red chillies in hot water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and place the red chillies, garlic and salt in a food processor and blend well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and saute the red chilli-garlic paste till the raw smell disappears.
  4. Mix the lime juice with the sauteed mixture.
  5. Store in the refrigerator and use within 2 days.
