Ingredients
  • 1 cup yellow pumpkin, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1.5 tbspns sugar
  • 1 cardamom, depodded
Instructions
  1. Cook the pumpkin pieces by microwaving it for five minutes. [You can also cook the pumpkin on stove].
  2. Place the cooked pumpkin in a blender along with milk, sugar and cardomom powder.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Serve chilled!!
