Chilli garlic chutney

- Dried Red chillies, 10
- Garlic, 3 large cloves
- Lime juice, 2 tsps
- Oil, 2 tsps
- Salt to taste
- Soak the red chillies in hot water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the water and place the red chillies, garlic and salt in a food processor and blend well.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the red chilli-garlic paste till the raw smell disappears.
- Mix the lime juice with the sauteed mixture.
- Store in the refrigerator and use within 2 days.
